Pool School

Upon completion of your pool project, Xterior Creations will schedule a “Pool School” with you to go over in detail the operation and features of your new pool. The initial startup chemicals are added; water chemistry is tested/balanced. We then explain in detail the complete operation of your new pool and how to maintain your water chemistry. After your initial “Pool School” you may have additional questions or need to be refreshed on some of the information given. We are always available to you and in most cases information can be given over the phone. Sometimes it is necessary to come back to your property to make sure all your needs are met and we are more than happy to do that.
